So I tracked November steps – just some honest documentation of my walking according to the pedometer – and guess what?  The week of Thanksgiving – I failed….  I didn’t even record from 11/18 through 11/23, but I can tell you I didn’t move much.

Then this week – I spent M and T GLUED to my desk!  Ashamed to admit one day’s numbers only reached 5,000.  Now today, even with two walks – one across campus for a meeting and the other a couple blocks to coffee – I only have 7671 steps.  Could my pedometer be broken?!?

Check out the 2 weeks prior – which averaged 10,900.  (The magical number recommended is 10,000.)  Whew – look for a new counting in December – need to get motivated as the cookie-a-thon starts next Monday!
